Appeeky Analytics is mobile app analytics for React Native and Expo apps. A small SDK records installs, sessions, screens and your own events. Purchase events from RevenueCat add trials, purchases, renewals and refunds. Each sale is matched to the install that made it, so you can see which source earns money:
  • Apple Search Ads, down to the campaign and keyword
  • a smart link or campaign link you shared
  • the Google Play install referrer
  • organic store traffic

What This Answers

  • Which install source brings paying users, not just installs?
  • Which Apple Search Ads keywords earn back their spend?
  • How much does an install from each source or campaign earn within 1, 7 and 30 days?
  • Where do users drop off between first open, paywall, trial and purchase?
  • Which screens did buyers see before they paid?
  • How many users come back on later days or weeks?

What You Get

Days and hours follow the app’s own time zone.

How It Works

1

Turn on Analytics for an app

Appeeky creates the app in the analytics service and gives you a publishable key (apk_pub_…).
2

Add the SDK

The SDK sends installs, sessions, screens and events in batches to https://ingest.appeeky.com/v1/ingest. On first launch it collects the install’s attribution once.
3

Link installs to RevenueCat

Call Appeeky.identify() with the RevenueCat app user id. RevenueCat events that already reach Appeeky are then matched to the install that made them.
4

Read the results

Use the dashboard in Appeeky, or read the same data from the Analytics API.

Hosted and Self-Hosted

The hosted service runs the same API as the self-hosted server. Each Appeeky account gets its own isolated database with the same schema, so both behave the same way. See Self-Hosting.

Platform Support

  • The SDK is for React Native and Expo.
  • Apple Search Ads attribution, SKAdNetwork conversion values and the Play Install Referrer need the SDK’s native module. It is included, but it needs a development build: it does not run in Expo Go or in a plain React Native app without Expo Modules. Without it, the SDK still records events, and those features turn off.
  • Revenue comes from RevenueCat and from ad revenue you report with adRevenue().
